The different installation variants at a glance

Every split air-conditioning system is made up of one exterior and at least one interior device. There are several variants of interior device available for the different areas of application. The evaporator with the recirculation generator are located in the interior device. The compressor and the condenser are in the outer unit. This design layout makes the inner devices extremely compact and quiet.

 

 

 

Exterior devices

  • These can be installed anywhere outside, for example on the house wall, on the floor, on a flat or pitched roof, on the balcony or patio
  • Can easily be integrated in the environment
  • Very quiet operation
  • Weatherproof metal housing
  • Optional: Encasement with galvanised steel plate possible (for optical or safety reasons)
  • Up to 6 interior devices can be connected to one exterior device

Wall-mounted devices

  • Installation under the ceiling
  • Cooling and heating capacities from 2 to 10 kW
  • Sound pressure level from 22 dB(A) (quiet as a whisper)
  • Modern design, available in all colours
  • Different housing shapes available
  • Filter technology
  • Can be used anywhere

Chest devices

  • Installed like conventional radiators
  • Can sometimes be mounted flush to the wall
  • Suitable for optimum heating since air flow is near floor level
  • Sound pressure level from 22 dB(A) (quiet as a whisper)
  • Cooling and heating capacities from 2.5 to 8 kW
  • Modern, flat design
  • Suitable for residential properties and conservatories, but also suitable for industrial use

Ceiling panels

  • Installation in suspended ceilings possible (plasterboard ceilings, Odenwald ceilings etc.)
  • Installation depth from 16 centimetres
  • 360° air outlet for optimum and draught-free air distribution possible Cooling capacity from 2.5 to 14 kW, heating capacity up to 16 kW
  • Integrated pump for condensation draining
  • Connection for fresh air feed possible
  • Cooling and heating of secondary rooms possible
  • Suitable for office, shops and store construction

Ceiling devices

  • Installation: in the centre of the room, on the ceiling (surface-mounted)
  • Air flow on four sides
  • Cooling capacity from 7 to 12.5 kW, heating capacity from 8 to 14 kW
  • Suitable for large rooms
  • Suitable for retrofitting in dispensing chemists, shops and store construction

Channel devices

  • Invisible installation in suspended ceilings or in the attic
  • Different outlets possible (slotted rails, swirling outlets, disc valves etc.)
  • Connection of secondary rooms is possible through air channels in the ceiling
  • Very high cooling and heating capacities possible
  • Suitable for cooling or heating in larger rooms
  • Can be used in shops, dispensing chemists and in store construction
